Savills has expanded its London office project management team with two new hires.
Rekha Mistry (pictured), who has more than 20 years’ experience in consultancy project management, contract administration and design and architecture, joins as a director from Seven Projects where she was head of project management.
And John Capper, who has more than 11 years’ experience in construction project management, delivering high-end complex Cat-A and CAT-B projects, joins Savills as an associate director from Neilcott Construction where he was operations manager.
Mistry will complement Savills’ capability in the occupier fit-out market and Capper will use his expertise to advise clients on refurbishment projects.
