Savills has appointed Simon Elwell as an associate director in the firm’s rating team.
Elwell, who has more than a decade of property industry experience, previously worked in the rating team at WSP.
In his new role, he will be based in the firm’s Birmingham office and will provide business rates advice to Savills’ clients in the Midlands.
