Savills has appointed Aileen Wu from JLL as a director in its healthcare and senior living team.
Wu, who has more than 15 years’ experience in commercial property, was a director in JLL’s healthcare team and prior to that she held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.
In her new role, she will be based in the firm’s Bristol office and will focus on healthcare valuation work within the operational capital markets division.
Rick Savage, head of healthcare valuations at Savills, said: “Aileen’s appointment further strengthens our rapidly growing team. The healthcare market is experiencing significant momentum, with £1.5bn deployed into senior housing and care home investment in the first half of 2025, the strongest H1 performance in over a decade, according to MSCI.
“Care homes in particular are benefitting from robust private-pay pricing, improved operator performance and favourable market dynamics. Aileen’s expertise will be instrumental as we continue to provide best-in-class advice and support to our clients in this fast evolving sector.”
Wu added: “I’m delighted to be joining Savills at such a pivotal time for the healthcare market. With strong demand for accurate, insightful, and trusted valuation advice, I look forward to providing a market-leading service to our clients.”
