Savills Ireland has acquired Northern Ireland-based commercial property agency Osborne King.
Savills said the acquisition of the business, which employs 36 people, enhances its presence in Northern Ireland and strengthens its position as the largest real estate adviser on the island of Ireland, with more than 450 employees.
As part of the acquisition, Osborne King’s staff will relocate to Savills’ Belfast office at Longbridge House, Waring Street, in the coming months. The move will coincide with the official rebranding of Osborne King as Savills.
