Savills has recruited Jonathan Smith from CBRE as a director in the company’s portfolio valuations team.
Smith, who has more than 22 years’ experience in leading complex valuations instructions across all sectors of the UK property markets for property companies, institutional pension funds and REITs, was a senior director in the investment valuations department at CBRE.
Nick Harris, head of UK and cross border valuation at Savills, said: “Jonathan’s significant experience in advising on large complex mandates will help strengthen our portfolio valuations function as we look to expand and continue to support our national and international client base.”
