Savills has recruited Ollie Saunders from JLL as the firm’s new head of self-storage.
Saunders, who has nearly 30 years’ industry experience, has spent the last nine years at JLL and prior to that he spent 20 years at Drivers Jonas and Deloitte.
In his new role, he will work within Savills’ operational capital markets team, based at the firm’s Margaret Street head office in London.
Saunders said: “I’m excited to be joining the team at Savills and to be focusing on self-storage. I have always been passionate about the sector and will bring my first-hand transactional experience and creativity, together with analytical valuation professionalism, and industry knowledge, to the team at Savills.”
