Savills has strengthened its national out of town retail agency hiring Will Tait from Colliers as associate director in its Manchester office.
In his new role, Tait, who has more than 13 years’ experience in retail and leisure advisory in the real estate sector, will support a diverse range of landlord, retailer and developer clients, across multiple sub-sectors in the retail and leisure market.
