SCOR signs for 50,000 sq ft at 8 Bishopsgate

Global reinsurance provider SCOR has taken approximately 50,000 sq ft over two and a half floors at Stanhope and Mitsubishi Estate London’s 8 Bishopsgate office development in London.

The letting comes hot on the heels of insurance company CFC signing for 90,000 sq ft at the building, which is located at 85 Gracechurch Street in the City, taking the total amount of space let at the building to around 360,000 sq ft.

Shinichi Kagitomi, managing director of Mitsubishi Estate London, added: “As we welcome yet another occupier to 8 Bishopsgate, the building continues to cement its position as one of London’s flagship workplaces which meets all of the environmental, technological and high-amenity needs required of today’s premium office schemes.”
