The site is zoned for employment use and offers scope for large-scale commercial, industrial and motor dealerships, subject to planning.
The site, which is located at the junction of the A7, the Edinburgh city bypass and the A6101, a short distance from the A1, benefits from immediate proximity to Sheriffhall Park & Ride and Shawfair Station on the Borders Railway line.
