US workspace operator Serendipity Labs has signed for 12,000 sq ft at One Cambridge Square in Cambridge.
The BREEAM Excellent rated building, which was developed by Schroders Capital UK Real Estate Fund in partnership with Brookgate, sits at the heart of a new mixed-use urban environment in north Cambridge.
In addition to private offices, dedicated desks, team rooms and flexible co-working and drop-in plans, the location also offers modern and spacious event and meeting room facilities, a Lab Cafe and wellness space.
