Savills has appointed Mike Wilson from Carter Jonas as associate director in its eastern region industrial agency team.
Wilson, who will be based out of the firm’s Chelmsford office, has extensive experience in industrial agency, consultancy and corporate real estate.
Phil Dennis, director and head of Savills’ eastern region industrial agency team based in Chelmsford, said: “The industrial sector is undergoing rapid evolution across the eastern region and Mike is a strategic appointment to bolster and grow our offering to clients across the region.”
