Sheet Anchor Evolve has completed circa 12,000 sq ft of retail, leisure and F&B lettings at Elephant Park in London.

Joe & The Juice (1,927 sq ft), Arepa & Co (2,053 sq ft), Jumping Bean (1,012 sq ft), Hotpod Yoga (1,916 sq ft) and Sainsbury’s (4,285 sq ft) are the latest names to sign for space at the estate.

The lettings follow Sheet Anchor Evolve’s acquisition of the retail and leisure core at Elephant Park last year.

Chris Daly, director and head of asset management at Sheet Anchor Evolve, said: “Elephant Park is already a vibrant part of the city, and these new lettings build on that momentum. By bringing together a varied mix of independent, lifestyle and convenience brands, we’re helping to shape a destination that continues to thrive and move towards full occupancy, while adding real benefit for the local community.”

Sam Moloney, retail director and partner at Joe & The Juice, added: “Elephant Park has a real sense of momentum and we’re proud to be part of it. It’s an area with huge personality and we’re excited to become a local staple.”

Jonathan Arthur, Sainsbury’s head of convenience property development, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Sheet Anchor Evolve to bring a brand new Sainsbury’s Local to this exciting development. As well as creating employment opportunities, our new store will bring a carefully curated selection of Sainsbury’s high quality, great value products to the local community and we’re looking forward to becoming part of day-to-day life at Elephant Park once it opens.”
