SHW has merged with independent property consultancy Karrison Property.
The move will see SHW assume responsibility for Karrison’s existing commercial leasing agency instructions, covering a portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties across Kent and West Sussex.
The integration will be led by SHW director Thomas Tarn and will enable Karrison’s clients to access SHW’s full-service advisory offering, including professional services, building consultancy, property management and agency.
Karrison’s client base includes high-net-worth individuals, pension funds, family-owned trusts and commercial occupiers.
Russell Markham (pictured), managing partner at SHW, said: “This latest alignment allows us to significantly expand our operations across Kent and West Sussex, taking on a strong, established agency portfolio while extending our wider advisory expertise to an expanded client base.”
