The free-to-attend event, which is hosted by x+why and sponsored by JLL, technologywithin and Interaction, will be attended by up to 80 senior decision makers from across the flex workspace and wider office sector and will kick off with a scene-setting presentation delivered by Joe Robinson, head of agent & broker partnerships at x+why and a keynote speech from Alexandra Livesey, fractional MD of Mantle Space and co-founder of Little Red Donkey.
This will be followed by a Question Time-style panel debate chaired by BE News editor-in-chief Liz Hamson and featuring expert panellists including: Sam Warren, sales and marketing director at technologywithin; Charles Fraser, UK head of flex at JLL; Charlie Moss, head of flex at Interaction; Jasper McIntosh, CIO at The Office Group; Niki Fuchs, CEO of Office Space in Town; and Louise Ioannou, head of workspace at HB Reavis.
During the debate, the panel will be asking whether flex has reached an inflection point and assess issues such as: the lessons learned from 2025, how the flex operating model is evolving, how to use data more effectively, what good looks like design wise and the challenges and opportunities in 2026 and beyond.
Following the panel debate, attendees will have the opportunity to network with leading figures from across the workspace sector and wider built environment industry over drinks and nibbles.
