Sky-House Co has bought a serviced parcel of land at a site in Waverley, South Yorkshire, from Harworth Group for an undisclosed price for the development of 106 homes. The transaction is the third between the two parties at the site.
The new development will comprise a mixture of two- and four-bedroom houses and apartments designed by CODA Architecture.
