Savills has strengthened its healthcare and senior living team with the recruitment of Rick Savage as head of healthcare valuations.
Savage, who joins Savills from CBRE where he was a director in the national operational real estate team, will be based predominantly in the company’s Manchester office and will focus on delivering valuation and consultancy services to clients throughout the UK.
