St Modwen Logistics has leased an additional 75,000 sq ft of logistics space to the Keplin Group at its Meon Vale Business Park near Stratford-upon-Avon.
The Keplin Group, which is a specialist in distribution and logistics for the e-commerce sector, has also signed a deal with St Modwen Logistics to extend its lease by five years on a neighbouring 43,000 sq ft unit at the park, which it has occupied since 2019.
Meon Vale Business Park comprises circa 900,000 sq ft of flexible and sustainable warehousing and office space, and is part of St Modwen’s broader 479-acre mixed-use Meon Vale scheme, which is home to a £5m leisure centre, community centre, retail space, 1,050 residential properties and more than 35 acres of woodland.
