Stanhope is taking 8,300 sq ft on level 33 of the 8 Bishopsgate office scheme it has developed on behalf of Mitsubishi Estate London for its new HQ.
The Wilkinson Eyre-designed building comprises 560,000 sq ft of offices and 75,000 sq ft of amenity space. Following the letting to Stanhope more than 70% of the 50-storey building is now let with only 70,000 sq ft of space of available.
