Town Centre Securities (TCS) has completed a flurry of lettings at Ducie House in Manchester.
Host has signed for 2,692 sq ft to establish a creative hub for hairdressers, including a hair salon, an education and events space, and a collaborative environment for the industry’s top talent.
Shanghai Startex Co has taken 322 sq ft for its first UK office, 3D data capture specialist Output Precision has signed for 232 sq ft and WSG Fire Safety Consultancy has taken 213 sq ft space. Existing tenant BR2.0 Group has also signed for a larger 2,195 sq ft suite.
