technologywithin has expanded into mainland Europe, incorporating the business in The Netherlands.
The wifi and internet services provider to the flexible workspace industry said the move marked the first phase of wider expansion plans for the business.
Jon Seal, managing director of technologywithin, said: “Next stop, Europe. There has been a shift of gear in the flexible workspace sector, formerly the domain of SME’s, larger global corporations are reviewing their commercial strategy to reduce risk and change their approach to the office. This is providing the larger players with multiple sites to up their footprint in Europe to accommodate rising demand.
“The enabler for this transformation of the office is technology and connectivity, we’re excited to be working with clients in their expansion and offer our services more widely to accommodate the growing needs of workplace management software and secure WiFi connection.
“Whilst the co-working sector is still in its infancy across some countries, it is rapidly building momentum through growing demand from employers and employees looking to enable hybrid, flexible working and ‘digital nomadism’. The pandemic has fundamentally shifted how we live and work, individuals want to live near friends and family; and not forgetting the talent drain as a consequence of Brexit. Flexible working provides an opportunity for employers to provide this to their employees, access new talent whilst maintaining ambitious goals.”
