Telereal Trillium is rebranding as TT Group and has relocated to a new 15,000 sq ft London head office at 5 Aldermanbury Square.
TT Group, which has taken the entire 16th floor of the Deka Immobilien GmbH-owned building, sought a new home as its former office at 140 London Wall on the Barbican Estate, is set to be demolished as part of the London Wall West redevelopment scheme.
The company said rebranding to TT Group was a natural step as it was increasingly referred to as ‘TT” by its partners in the real estate market.

It will also enable us to benefit from bringing our whole team, and their combined capabilities, expertise and experience, together on one floor, as we seek to realise acquisition ambitions across several business areas.”
Farebrother acted as letting agents on the 5 Aldermanbury Square deal.
