The Oxford Science Park (TOSP) has acquired Northbrook House from Brydell Partners Series 2 for an undisclosed price.
TOSP intends to upgrade the infrastructure and refurbish the 23,500 sq ft, three-storey building to provide flexible, high quality laboratory and write-up accommodation designed to meet the needs of science and technology start-ups and growth businesses. Suites will range from 3,600 sq ft to 23,500 sq ft.
