Tilstone Partners has appointed Nick Clayton to the newly created role of head of corporate finance and Henrietta Daniels as asset manager to head up Warehouse REIT’s 2.75m sq ft North West and Yorkshire portfolio.
Clayton was previously investment director at Astarte Capital and prior to that he held roles at BlackRock and MGPA. He will be based in Tilstone’s recently relocated London office where he will report directly to investment director Paul Makin and be responsible for the management and provision of strategic input across the company’s investment portfolio and corporate finance initiatives.
Daniels, who will be based in the Chester Office and joins Tilstone from JLL, will manage Warehouse REIT’s 29-asset North West and Yorkshire portfolio with responsibility for key local stakeholder relationships and delivering on the pipeline of ‘value-enhancing initiatives’.
