Tishman Speyer has bolstered its senior team with the appointment of four new managing directors.
Oscar Bernaldo de Quiros joins from Round Hill Capital as managing director, head of Iberia and Italy; Patrick Bingham, who most recently served as managing director of Morgan Stanley’s prime property fund Europe, joins Tishman Speyer’s London office as an MD in the firm’s portfolio management group; Marc Pamin has been appointed managing director, head of residential, Europe; and Otis Spencer (pictured), who was previously CIO at P3 Logistics Parks, has joined the business as MD, head of industrial, Europe.
