Trebor and Hillwood have let a 113,573 sq ft warehouse at Central Approach, Bristol, to parcel delivery company EVRi for a new regional distribution hub.
The unit was developed speculatively alongside an advanced manufacturing facility of 107,738 sq ft, which was pre-let to Oxford Instruments.
James Drew, development director at Trebor, said: “We are delighted to welcome EVRi as a tenant. The letting of the building continues Trebor’s record of delivering best in class schemes in the South West region and providing facilities for leading global operators. We are actively working to bring forward further developments in this market area.”
Trebor and Hillwood were represented by Colliers and CBRE. EVRi was represented by LSH.
