Investment manager Triple Point has strengthened its property development finance team with a series of senior appointments.
Richard Nowell, who has more than 30 years’ experience in residential development finance, joins the firm as an origination director. He previously worked for the likes of RBS and Secure Trust Bank, where he was a founding member of its real estate finance division.
Michael Thompson, who previously worked for Falco Capital, Barclays and Lloyds Bank, also joins Triple Point as an origination director.
The firm’s portfolio management function has also been strengthened, with Jason Maher (pictured), who has more than 35 years’ experience, joining as associate director from Hampshire Trust Bank, and Alastair Partridge, who has 30 years’ experience across development finance, real estate investment finance and business banking, has joined Triple Point as portfolio manager.
