Tritax Big Box Developments (TBBD) has submitted a planning application for the 1.4m sq ft next phase of development at Symmetry Park Rugby.
The hybrid application includes a detailed proposal for a 300,000 sq ft logistics unit and the creation of the 20-acre Cawston Landscape Park.
Two speculatively developed units of 338,064 sq ft and 170,473 sq ft are currently available to lease at the park. The buildings have been built to net zero carbon in construction standards and have achieved BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ ratings.

The project team includes Framptons Town Planning, EDP, Stantec, Tier Consult, Rider Levitt Bucknall, McBains, Ridge, Basepower and MBA. Colliers International and ILP Partners are joint letting agents.
