Tritax Big Box Developments has unveiled plans to deliver an additional 2.57m sq ft of space at three UK logistics parks.
At Tritax Park Oxford, the developer has submitted plans to build 1.75m sq ft across nine units ranging from 98,000 sq ft to 317,000 sq ft. Extending up to 160 acres, the park is situated directly alongside the M40 at J9 and the A41.
At Symmetry Park Biggleswade (pictured), Tritax has commenced the development of a new, bespoke 65,847 sq ft facility for Warburtons in addition to four high-quality logistics buildings totalling more than 750,000 sq ft. The buildings range in size from 139,500 sq ft to 287,200 sq ft.
The company has also submitted a detailed planning application to Cherwell District Council for phase three at Symmetry Park Bicester. Its plans will see 270,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space delivered across two mid-box units measuring 155,000 sq ft and 115,000 sq ft.
