Sandyford Properties has acquired the 25,000 sq ft EBL Centre in Runcorn, Cheshire, for an undisclosed price.

The multi-let industrial estate, which was completed in 2008, comprises 18 units ranging in size from 850 sq ft to 1,850 sq ft.

The estate is fully occupied and has a diverse occupier base across sectors including construction, skills training and trade counter operations.

Paul Brindley, managing director of Sandyford Properties, said: “We have tracked the EBL Centre for some time and are pleased to add it to Sandyford’s growing portfolio along the North West and M56 corridor. The estate offers exactly the type of well-specified small unit accommodation that remains in short supply across the market. Its strong occupational performance, reflected in full occupancy and a longstanding tenant base, underscores the quality of the asset. The previous owners have created a highly regarded estate and we look forward to building on that success.”
