TSP has sold the 30 Lighterman office building in King’s Cross to a private investor for £17m. The circa 15,000 sq ft Victorian warehouse, which has been converted to BREEAM Excellent rated office space, was acquired by TSP in 2019 for £12m.

TSP was advised by GC Real Estate and Compton London on the transaction.
