TT Group (formerly Telereal Trillium) has sold a 81,519 sq ft industrial park in Wolverhampton to Colhope (Beldray) – a joint venture between Colmore Capital and Stanhope Capital – for an undisclosed price.
Beldray Industrial Park is located in Bilston, three miles south east of Wolverhampton city centre and offers good access to the M6, Birmingham Airport and the wider UK motorway network.
Matt Grainger, director at Colmore Capital, said: “We are delighted to conclude the acquisition of Units 1-4 Beldray Industrial Estate in Bilston, which marks the first completed transaction by Colmore Capital’s new joint venture with Stanhope Capital. The demand for small to medium sized industrial units in established urban locations remains robust, which should support continued rental growth.”
TT Group acquired the multi-let industrial park, which comprises four separate industrial units, in 2016. The sale is the latest in a string of transactions TT Group’s property investment team has completed in the industrial sector in 2023.
