Unite Students has appointed Jessica Gallop as group people director.
Gallop, who has 22 years’ experience in the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector, started her career at Unite Students and in her new role she will work alongside Joe Lister, who becomes CEO on 1 January 2024, CFO Michael Burt and CCO Karan Khana.
Lister said: “I’m delighted to welcome Jessica back to Unite Students where she began her career. It’s an exciting time for the business, which continues to go from strength to strength. We remain focused on ensuring both our customers and colleagues have the best possible experience with us – and Jessica’s appointment is an integral part of this.
