The freehold of an 8.8-acre development site in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, has been brought to market.
Plots six and seven at the 31-acre Wakefield City Fields development, benefit from outline planning consent for employment and trade counter uses.
Avison Young, Carter Towler and Knight Frank have been instructed to market the plots.
