Indurent has let a new circa 300,000 sq ft distribution centre at Indurent Park Burton in Burton upon Trent to Waterstones.
Waterstones has been based in Burton for almost two decades and will relocate to the new B295 unit, just a short distance from its existing distribution centre.
The move will enable the business to increase capacity, strengthen its supply chain and support continued expansion across its bookshops, online business and product ranges.
