Watkin Jones has secured planning permission for a 322-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Bristol.
The Ionic scheme is located within the city’s Silverthorne Lane conservation area, a short walk from Temple Meads railway station.
The building will feature heat source air pumps, an electric heating system and PV panels, enabling the scheme to be connected to Bristol’s forthcoming local district heat network.
