The former Ursuline Preparatory School in Wimbledon has hit the market with a guide price in excess of £7m.
The freehold property, which is offered with vacant possession, could be used as an educational facility or there is a redevelopment opportunity, subject to obtaining necessary planning consents.
The 1.139-acre site features a Victorian villa in addition to several other buildings including St Angela’s – a modern facility which was constructed in 2015 to house the early years and school’s offices.
