Wittington Investments (Properties) has let 2,530 sq ft to PRP Group at Forty Princess Street in Manchester.
The architectural design company, which has agreed a 10-year lease on the space, will be the first tenant to move into the recently refurbished Grade II listed building.
There is currently 51,123 sq ft of space available in the building in suites ranging from 600 sq ft to 5,300 sq ft.
Daniel Barnes, director, office agency at Manchester Savills, which represented the landlord on the letting, said: “PRP are a great fit for Forty Princess Street. This exceptional office building provides high-quality space with great connectivity. The building offers a range of suites to cater for a variety of requirements and we have a good level of interest given the flexibility across the building and the ability to deliver fully fitted solutions.”
Alister Weir, partner at PRP Group, added: “We are delighted to finally be moving into Forty Princess Street having completed our studio fit out. The existing structure and historic character led us to create an open plan space which maximised the natural light and heritage features. Our team are thrilled with the move to this new location in central Manchester and are enjoying all the additional communal facilities that Forty Princess Street has to offer.”
Andrew Cowell, from OBI, which acted on behalf of PRP, said: “It has been great working with PRP on their relocation to Forty Princess Street. From the outset PRP were always focussed on finding space in a fully restored heritage asset with good sustainability credentials and high amenity and in Forty Princess Street that is perfectly aligned to their requirement for their new Manchester office.”
