Workman has appointed Dallas Craik from PBM Property Management as head of residential.

At PBM, he served as divisional head of property management, overseeing residential and mixed-use developments across London.

In this newly created role, Craik will build and lead an in-house residential and mixed-use management team. His responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, operational compliance, client management and driving process improvements through technology and industry best practices.

Craik said: “I’m thrilled to join Workman at such an exciting time in the firm’s evolution. The opportunity to build and lead a residential and mixed-use team from the ground up, while working with some of the industry’s most respected professionals, is incredibly compelling. Workman’s commitment to excellence and client-focused approach aligns perfectly with my vision for delivering exceptional property management services. I look forward to developing innovative solutions that enhance occupier experience, while driving operational efficiency across our mixed-use portfolio.”

Gareth Soar, head of retail and leisure property management, added: “Dallas’s appointment marks a significant milestone in our residential and mixed-use property management journey. His proven track record at prestigious developments, combined with his expertise in Building Safety Act compliance and team leadership, makes him the ideal candidate to spearhead our residential and mixed-use operations.

“Dallas’s experience with iconic developments like Television Centre and 250 City Road demonstrates his ability to handle complex, high-profile assets. We’re delighted to welcome him to the team and look forward to the fresh perspective and innovative approach he’ll bring to our service delivery.”
