CCL Stressing International has agreed a deal to lease a 13,000 sq ft warehouse at Sandbeds Trading Estate in Ossett from Chancerygate.
The manufacturer and supplier of pre-stressing systems, anchorage systems and construction equipment for the precast concrete industry, has also sold its 38,000 sq ft detached premises on the Park 2000 development in south Leeds to a locally based company, achieving a new market-leading sale price in the process.
Iain McPhail, partner at Knight Frank, which advised CCL on the sale of its former premises and on the acquisition of the new warehouse, said: “I have had the pleasure in working with CCL for nearly 20 years and am delighted to have supported them in the next chapter of their business evolution. We worked collaboratively with our client on both disposal and acquisition stages of this project and are currently advising on their live office relocation in West Yorkshire.”

Avison Young acted for Chancerygate on the letting at Sandbeds Trading Estate and Holder and Co advised the purchaser of the Park 2000 unit.
