Evolve Estates appoints Lovell from Carter Jonas

Evolve Estates has appointed Gladys Lovell as its new property and transactions manager as part of the company’s ambitious growth programme.

Lovell joins Mayfair-based Evolve from Carter Jonas, where she was regional lead, overseeing the management of a mixed land and asset portfolio in the rural and infrastructures team. 

At Evolve she will oversee and manage the operations and management of all residential units within the company’s portfolio and she will also help to develop, acquire and dispose of commercial and residential premises.

Lovell said: “I’m excited to have the opportunity to progress my career at Evolve. There are significant plans for growth and I’m looking forward to playing my part as it increases its property portfolio.”

Phil Murphy, head of property and transactions at Evolve Estates, added: “We’ve ambitious plans for growth and over the past couple of years have added over £100m pounds worth of retail parades, centres and parks to our portfolio. Having a strong and experienced team will help us to manage these and Gladys has the experience we need to continue adding value for the good of the communities where we operate.”
