Copley Point Capital has secured two lettings at the recently completed Turbine Business Park in Sunderland.
Bathroom Cladding Centre has taken a 10-year lease on the 20,000 sq ft TB20 unit, which achieved practical completion last week, and Rheal Superfoods has taken possession of unit TB29, which extends to 29,418 sq ft, on a 12-year lease.
Turbine Business Park consists of 168,000 sq ft of space across four units on a 8.6 acre site. A 51,000 sq ft unit and a 68,000 sq ft unit are still available.
The BREEAM Very Good rated units have an EPC rating of A and feature up to 10m minimum eaves height and secure yards.
