Panther Logistics has signed a 10-year lease at Logicor’s 224,465 sq ft Keypoint 224 scheme in Swindon.
The site is located on Thornhill Road in South Marston, Swindon, four miles north of Junction 15 of the M4. Existing businesses located in the area include Aldi, Iceland, B&Q, Amazon, Sainsbury’s, Dunelm and Pets at Homes.
Panther Logistics first took space in 2014 at Logicor’s multi-let industrial units at Crick Road Rugby. It then expanded into Logicor’s Axis 62 scheme taking 215,000 sq ft in Normanton, West Yorkshire.
Jack Garrett, director asset management at Logicor, said: “By working closely with the team, we have been able to support [Panther Logistics’] business and space growth yet again by providing high-quality warehouse space to meet their needs at Keypoint 224 Swindon.”
Gary McKelvey, vice president of global home delivery operations at AIT Worldwide Logistics, added: “It was a natural choice for us to work with Logicor, who helped us to find the right space as we continue to expand our product portfolio to serve the growing needs of our customers.
“We focus on delivering the ultimate last mile delivery experience to our customers and are grateful that the Logicor team has listened to our needs and supported us as our business has grown and evolved.”
BNP Paribas Real Estate, Whitmarsh Lockhart and Savills are retained as letting agents for Keypoint Swindon. Knight Frank acted for Panther Logistics.
