Knight Frank has appointed a new head of commercial valuation and advisory and a new head of UK fund valuations. Roger Young, who joined Knight Frank in 2020 and has more than 20 years’ experience in valuing commercial property across the UK, has been appointed head of commercial valuation and advisory, and Emily Miller, who has worked within the valuation and advisory team at the company since 2006, has been appointed head of UK fund valuations.
Young and Miller will work alongside Katie Parsonson, head of residential valuation and advisory and Caroline Bathgate, global head of valuation and advisory, who leads the commercial team, with the new leadership team structure operational from April.
