IPUT Real Estate has received full planning permission for the development of Nexus Logistics Park at the Cherryhound Interchange of the M2 motorway, adjacent to Dublin’s M50 and close to Dublin airport.

This first phase of Nexus will offer 795,000 sq ft of sustainable logistics facilities across five separate buildings.

Niall Gaffney, CEO of IPUT Real Estate, said: “Our intention is to deliver the next generation of logistics parks in Ireland, to meet both the operational and sustainability requirements of today’s occupiers. We have a proven track record of delivering logistics facilities with market-leading sustainability credentials – including Ireland’s first ever net zero logistics building at Quantum Logistics Park.

“Our development at Nexus and logistics pipeline will further strengthen our position as the market leader, while continuing to drive resilient, long-term returns for shareholders.”

IPUT has appointed HARVEY and CBRE as joint letting agents.
