Howard de Walden has completed three new lettings at its Harley Street Medical Area.
Cognacity, a global expert in mental health and performance, is expanding to larger premises, leaving its decade-long home at 54 Harley Street and moving to 4,270 sq ft at 22 Welbeck Street.
Orri has signed for 9,338 sq ft 80-81 Wimpole Street, taking a six-storey building, and APN is taking 5,436 sq ft at 12 Upper Wimpole Street.
Julian Best, executive property director at the Howard de Walden Estate, said: “These latest signings reflect our continued strategic focus on medical and healthcare and in particular, a response to the greater awareness of mental health to provide access to first class specialist operators.
“Sadly, this is a key issue that needs a concerted effort as up to one in four adults are affected by a mental health issue. It’s an enormous privilege to continue shaping this prestigious community, working closely with tenants to deliver what people really need.”
