Gateley Smithers Purslow (GSP), the surveying, engineering and architecture practice arm of legal and professional services group, Gateley, has opened a new Cardiff office and made four appointments.
The GSP team will be based at Anda House in St Mellons Business Park and will serve the South Wales and the South West of England area.
John Osborn, who joined GSP in 2020 and was promoted to regional manager in 2022, will lead the Cardiff team.
Senior building surveyor Neil Morgan’s appointment will add to GSP’s insurance service offering in South Wales and Matthew Daniels joins as a chartered building surveyor focussing on insurance projects.
GSP has also appointed Rhydian Day as a senior structural engineer and a specialist structural design and defect appraisal expert, and Bryan Downey, who joins as a chartered structural engineer.
