Avison Young has appointed Andy Ingram as a director in the firm’s London markets team, specialising in occupier advisory.
Ingram started his career at Morgan Pryce in 2014 and joins Avison Young from Anton Page, which he joined in 2017 to head up the tenant representation arm of the business.
He has predominantly advised occupiers in the City fringe and West End markets and at Avison Young he will work closely with the firm’s investment, leasing and flexible offices teams.
Ingram said: “It is brilliant to be taking on this new role at Avison Young, at such an exciting time for the London markets team, and in an ever changing economic landscape. I look forward to collaborating with the wider AY team over the coming months.”
Dominic Amey, managing director of London Markets at Avison Young, added: “We are delighted to welcome Andy Ingram into our London market’s business. Andy’s experience and expertise will add to what I believe is one of the most high-quality occupier advisory teams in London.
“We look forward to announcing further hires over the summer as we continue to move forwards with our plans for growth. We want to be the go-to occupier advisory firm, advising occupiers across London from start-ups to established corporates.”
Stuart Commins, head of London occupier advisory at Avison Young, said: “Andy is a fantastic addition to the team, specifically his network and track record from his career to date in the West End and City fringe sub-markets. He will broaden our skillset and expertise in advising occupiers across London.”
