Plans for the final building on the King’s Cross masterplan have been unanimously approved by the London Borough of Camden.
The Lee Wilkinson Architecture-designed seven-storey Building F1 comprises more than 54,000 sq ft of commercial space, in addition to flexible retail units and improved public realm. It will be the 50th building delivered on the King’s Cross estate.
The plot is situated at the intersection between York Way and Goods Way, alongside the Regent’s Canal.

Over 17 years, 8m sq ft of built development and 12 hectares of public realm have been approved.
