Gaming company IGT has signed for 10,800 sq ft at the 435,000 sq ft Exchange Quay office campus in Manchester.
IGT has signed a 10-year lease on the second floor of Building 1 and will relocate employees from its current Manchester office at Quay West in Salford Quays.
