SEGRO has completed its “most sustainable” refurbishment project to date at 2 Auriol Drive, Greenford Park.
The 33,000 sq ft unit has undergone a six-month long renovation which has seen the 25-year-old building transformed into a BREEAM Outstanding, EPC A+ rated sustainable facility.
PV panels have been installed across the building’s exterior, which SEGRO says will save 46.12 tonnes of carbon – equivalent to planting 2,119 trees.
